Association leaders respond to health care ruling

The U.S. Supreme Court upheld most provisions in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act June 28, ruling that the individual mandate was constitutional as a tax, but finding the federal government couldn't punish states for refusing to participate in Medicaid expansion by withholding their Medicaid funds.
